Thank you for choosing Hill Country Animal Hospital. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care for your pet. An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. Hill Country Animal Hospital requires payment in full at the end of your pet’s examination and/or at the time of discharge.

Once treatment has begun, changes in the healthcare plan may be required depending upon results of diagnostics or changes in your pet’s condition. We will contact you if the cost of care is expected to exceed the estimate and discuss further treatment options.

Deposit & Billing:

In the event that this is your first visit with us and your pet needs to be hospitalized, a 50% deposit (based on estimate given) will be required to begin your pet’s treatment. We charge 1.5% interest on all outstanding balances older than 30 days. All unpaid balances will be sent to collections.

Additional Policy Information:

Hill Country Animal Hospital charges $25 for returned checks. For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier.
